Full repayment:

• If the reservation is cancelled at least 60 days in advance of the arrival date, a full refund of the full amount paid will be made.

Partial repayment:

If the reservation is cancelled at least 30 days in advance of the arrival date, a refund will be made:

• In case of confirmation deposit payment, the 'amount will be returned with a deduction of 30€ to cover operating expenses.
• In case of prepayment of 'full amount, 60% of the total amount paid will be refunded.

No refund:

• For cancellations made less than 30 days before the arrival date, the amount paid will not be refunded. Furthermore, if only the deposit has been paid, you will still be required to pay the full amount for the booked stay.

Notes:

• The cancellation deadline is calculated from midnight (Italian time) on the day the written notice of cancellation is sent.
• In case of no-show or early departure, no refund will be made.

To cancel a reservation, written notice must be sent by email to info@pilu.it The notice must contain the customer's name, reservation number and arrival date.
