RIVIERASQUE LOCATIONS
These are all traditional villages with narrow streets and beautiful wooden balconies that offer tourists the idea that time has stood still.

ANFO:
Typical lakeside village in the center of Lake Idro, with small historic center, lakeside promenade to the Rocca d' Anfo park, the ancient little church of St. Anthony, equipped beach, tennis courts and miniature golf, bars, restaurants, pizzerias and convenience stores.

IDRO:
Typical lakeside village south of Lake Idro, consisting of several hamlets such as Pieve, Lemprato, Crone and Vesta; with clothing and grocery stores, equipped beaches, playground, tennis and bocce courts, pedestrian path along the lakefront and traditional market every Wednesday.

PONTE CAFFARO:
Lakeside village with equipped beach, playground pedestrian path along the lakefront to Borgo S. Giacomo ( Church of 1200), traditional market every Tuesday.

BONDONE_BAITONI:
Typical mountain village with scenic old town a short distance from Baitoni beach, offering strong winds for kite surfers.

BORDERSIDE AREAS:
A short distance from Lake Idro, one can find landscapes of rare beauty

PASSO BAREMONE:
From Anfo via a mountain road of rare beauty you reach the pass (1450 mt. altitude) and then continue in the direction of Maniva- Passo Crocedomini ( this is one of the most 'loved itineraries by motorcyclists). Not far from the Baremone Pass is Fort Cima Ora ( First World War), which offers a wonderful panoramic view of Lake Idro.

BAGOLINO- GAVER:
From Anfo heading northwest you reach Bagolino, an ancient village famous for its traditional carnival and BAGOSS fomaggio. Continuing on, you reach Gaver, a tourist destination famous for its many hiking, horseback riding and winter sports.

TREVISO BRESCIANO- PASSO FOBBIA:
From Anfo heading south we reach Treviso Bresciano and Passo Fobbia known and appreciated for its typical and homegrown dishes ( polenta and spit) and numerous hikes within everyone's reach.

VAL VESTINO- CIMA REST:
From Anfo in an easterly direction one reaches Val Vestino, which with its namesake lake separates Lake Idro from Lake Garda. Of particular interest is Cima Rest famous for its distinctive Hungarian barns.

ADAMELLO- BRENTA:
The Adamello group and the Brenta Dolomites, with their peaks exceeding 3,000 meters in altitude, offer numerous rock and glacier hikes for experts.

40 km from Lake Idro is one of the most famous lakes in Italy where you can shop and visit the famous amusement park " Gardaland"

VAL TROMPIA:
40 km from Lake Idro, it is famous for its mines where guided tours of the mining park are available.

VALLE CAMONICA:
100km from Lake Idro you will have the opportunity to see prehistoric rock carvings dating back to 8000 B.C.
