Full repayment:

• If the reservation is cancelled at least 60 days in advance of the arrival date, a full refund of the full amount paid will be made.

Partial repayment:

• If the reservation is cancelled at least 30 days in advance of the arrival date, the deposit paid minus €30 booking fee will be refunded.

No refund:

• For cancellations made less than 30 days in advance of the arrival date, the amount paid will not be refunded

Notes:

• The cancellation deadline is calculated from midnight (Italian time) on the day the written notice of cancellation is sent.
• In case of no-show or early departure, no refund will be made.

To cancel a reservation, written notice must be sent by email to info@pilu.it The notice must contain the customer's name, reservation number and arrival date.
